We have a wide selection of breakfasts that will satisfy most people’s tastes at reasonable prices.

The breakfasts we serve take their influence from around the world, and we then put our different take on these classic meals.

They are cooked with fresh ingredients and, where possible, are sourced locally.

Every day of the week, we receive the freshest produce to be used in our meals.

These meals are constantly updated with new selections as we strive to serve some of the best breakfasts in Krakow.

1. Croque Madame

A classic French Breakfast snack is just one of the variations on the original Croque Monsieur.

The Liberty Café Croque Madame: A croissant with a base of bechamel sauce topped with ham, Gruyere cheese and two fried eggs.

Other variations (Not served at Liberty Café, Yet!) include Croque provençal includes tomato and herbs. Croque auvergnat is made with blue cheese, Croque norvégien is made with smoked salmon instead of ham, Croque tartiflette is made with potatoes and washed-rind cheese, Croque monsieur poulet adds chicken.

Eggs Benedict is a popular breakfast and Brunch menu item from New York, USA.

The Liberty Café Eggs Benedict: The base of this meal consists of two toast topped with prosciutto ham, two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.

Like the Croque Madame from France, it also has numerous variations: Eggs Florentine adds Spinach, Eggs Mornay adds Mornay sauce instead of hollandaise sauce, Huevos Benedictos adds Chorizo and Salsa.  

There are so many more variations of this Classic Brunch Breakfast, too many to list here.

The Norwegian breakfast typically consists of bread, brown cheese, and milk.

The Liberty Café Norwegian Breakfast: With a base of Multigrain Toast, Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Dill topped by Poached Egg, Avocado, Rocket and cucumber.

This is a popular Breakfast at Liberty Café as it caters for most people’s diet preferences. It can be ordered two ways, with or without eggs and butter making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

French Breakfast

A typical French breakfast is a simple affair consisting of a tartine (baguette bread sliced sideways and buttered, covered with something sweet, such as jams) or a delicious buttery, flaky pastry croissant and a café au lait, fruit or fruit juice.

6. Polish Breakfast

The region includes Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia. Shakshuka is also eaten throughout other Middle Eastern Countries.

Considered mainly as a breakfast meal, it can also be eaten at any other meal time throughout the day.
